How to Become a Member?
Membership is mandatory to enter and purchase from a Best Price Modern Wholesale store. Membership can be obtained by providing a copy of a valid business license by all businesses which are engaged in any activity related to wholesale, distribution and reselling of any product or service or are an office/institution. Members need to sign an undertaking that the merchandise purchased will be used for business purpose only or for self consumption of an office /institution.
- Filled and signed application form.
- Self attested copy of an authorized business license as per the approved list.
- Authorization letter in case license holder is not the primary member.
- Supporting documents (like a sales invoice) for the business license, if required.
- Signed undertaking agreeing to the use of merchandise for business purpose only.
- For an expired license, a copy of the expired license, a copy of the renewal application and a fee receipt.
- Validity of the membership is linked to the expiry of the business license provided.
- In case there is no expiry date on the license provided, VAT registration, then the membership is valid for ten years from the date of signing the membership.
- Post expiry of the membership, member cannot purchase from the store, unless the renewed valid license document is submitted and expiry extended on the system.
- Membership is terminated in case any of the submitted documents is found invalid.
- Primary: Given to owner or authorized person of the business entity. One primary card per membership is allowed.
- Secondary: Given to person authorized by business owner/business entity, for ease of purchase on behalf of a business. Up to 2 add-on cards allowed per membership.
Other Key Points:-
- Minimum bill value of Rs 500 per transaction
- Business members can purchase only on the condition that the said goods are not purchased for personal consumption and that such purchase is used for resale, commercial, business, institutional and/or industrial use only
